How it all began
Once upon a time in downtown Austin, Texas, there was a restaurant called Peché (that’s French for peach). It was a Saturday night and the restaurant was buzzing with people enjoying good food and drinks.
Deb was out with her (lively!) coworkers that night. The restaurant was very busy so they had 6-8 people crowded into a little table for 4. As fate would have it, Justin happened to be sitting at the small table next to them with a friend. Since Deb was sitting on the end, and since Deb is Deb, we all started talking and well… the rest is history!

We love to travel
We went to Cuba on our first trip together for our birthdays in February, 2017
and discovered that we love to travel the same way:
checking out the local food, finding some live music, meeting local people
